We are experiencing intermittent downtime between our authentication server and license callback server.

If you are having connectivity issues with RotateiP software or your accounts please be patient we are on alert of this issue and have all hands working to resolve this issue.  Please do not open multiple tickets if you are having RotateiP software authentication issues.

During this time we ask for your patience while we work to resolve this issue with out network department.

Please refrain from opening multiple tickets, we have numerous tickets pending at all times.
It does not expedite your ticket to open multiple tickets.

During this time our site and servers might go offline intermittently while we work to resolve the pending issues.
